If you are not satisfied with the quality of a product, you can return it within 24 hours of purchase and we will exchange it for you.

DELIVERY AND SUBSTITUTION POLICY
We carry fresh produces and food items that can be damaged with weather fluctuation therefore, we do not leave your delivery outside. If you require a surprise please call our store or leave specific time you know someone will be home. We will do our best to accommodate deliveries at specific times of day, but we cannot guarantee it during busy holidays. Additionally, substitutions may be necessary to create your flower arrangement due to the availability of certain seasonal flowers. Care is taken to maintain the style, theme and colour scheme of the design using flowers of equal value.
Return Policy
Flower Return Policy:
Once floral designs are in processing, there are no returns possible. We are unable to cancel or change orders already in progress, en route or delivered. If you need assistance with an order call our store to see if we can be of any help.

Same-Day Local Delivery and Express Shipping
We offer same-day delivery on all orders within our local delivery area, AND express shipping on all orders across Canada and USA (excluding flowers) in case you want to get your order as fast as possible.
*Please note that express delivery will cost a little extra compared to other shipping methods.
